H.T. Hollow Insulators

RCPL, manufacture entire range of High Voltage Hollow Insulators & Low Tension Insulators (Ht insulator & Lt insulator) required by variety of equipment manufactures, meeting superior Electrical and Mechanical Characteristics to be used in following equipment ranging from 33 KV to 220 KV rating:

• SF-6 Circuit Breakers
• Vacum Circuit Breakers
• Current Voltage / Potential Transformers
• Lightning Arrestors
• Condenser Bushings

The company has proven ability in design and manufacture for all the above application with high / extra high creepages, for high pollution areas with metal fittings.

The company has all the facilities for testing – routine and acceptance test as per IS 5621 and IEC 233 standards, and LAB/R&D for development.

Internal Quality Control and Quality Policy of the company includes ISO 9001-2000 certified by BVQI for the past several years. The Unit is also certified for ISO-9001-2008 in recent surveillance audit.
